Overview

With the contents of the previous chapters we could already form simple Spanish sentences. This chapter enables us to construct more complex sentences which also contain a direct, an indirect or a possessive object, or any combinations thereof. To this aim we discuss the grammatical case of a noun and briefly sketch the related topic of prepositions, deferring the details to a subsequent chapter. The bulk of the chapter covers the various types of pronouns and their declension. We illustrate how these concepts apply to transitive and reflexive verbs. The last section covers demonstratives, including the demonstrative pronouns.

This chapter is complete but has not been made public because it needs to be reviewed by a native Spanish speaker first. If you would like to help out, contact the author.
